YOU’RE UNBELIEVABLE

Dazzling stunts, spell binding magic tricks, physical strength and sheer brilliance. Its all here in the latest offering from creative juggernauts Simon Painter and Tim Lawson. The Unbelievables will fill Arts Centre Melbourne’s Hamer Hall with jaw-dropping magic, breathtaking circus and the world’s most spectacular ballroom dancers. A performance filled with belly-laughs and heart-stopping thrills and spills, the kind audiences have come to expect from the same makers as such international hits as The Illusionists and Circus 1903.

Emi Secrest here in The Unbelievables flexes her vocal prowess, having featured as backing vocalist for the likes of Macey Grey, her talent is undeniable.

“I guess you could call me a music baby, as it has always been a part of me. For me, music is liberating, when I am on stage it feels just like freedom. There is this great video of me when I was three, just singing and dancing around the house. See my farther was a Pastor so I started off singing at church, then I went on to a performing arts school.

“With The Unbelievables the thing that makes this show stand out is everyone on stage genuinely eats, sleeps and breaths their talent, you don’t see them just doing it because it’s a job, they are doing it because they love it.”

“Art is a way for everyone to express themselves, and the world needs that kind of thing now more than ever, I couldn’t imagine the world any other way.”
